The Grill des Halles occupies a central position in the Grandes Halles, which will open in July 2022 on the Cours Estienne-d'Orves. This is where the hustle and bustle is greatest behind the stoves, and also where the crowds were greatest on the day we visited. Here, you can quench your appetite with a fromage de tête or a pâté de campagne. Pork rillettes and panisses will also do the trick. We continue with a choice of two burgers, as well as seafood suggestions such as gambas flambéed with pastis, cuttlefish with parsley or octopus with nduja and paprika mayonnaise. All accompanied by dips and home fries, or a plate of mesclun. Mouth-watering!
