A real favorite! Opened at the beginning of 2024 on Place aux Huiles, Travers is the new ultra-gourmet landmark for the team at Coquille, a seafood restaurant just a few dozen meters away. A modern bistro with carnivorous accents, for lovers of straightforward, no-frills cuisine. Good food, just like your grandma would have made it. Specializing in grilled meats (but not only), we're immediately won over by the menu, which includes a delicious homemade pâté croûte, quite simply one of the best in town.
