New quality smash burger restaurant from Jéjé Barbu, a well-known figure in Marseille's gastronomic world.
Jérôme Benoît, best known to Marseillais as Jéjé Barbu, has no shortage of ideas or resources. We left him on boulevard Longchamp with a fine table, now closed, and an Italian place across the street, Il Capriolo, with a rather fleeting destiny. From now on, Jéjé Barbu will be making quality smash burgers. Taking the place of the late, lamented Yima, Zerma Burger has set up shop on Rue d'Aubagne, in the heart of popular Noailles. From gourmet recipes with Bresse blue cheese and chicken to vegetarian versions with fluffy buns from Pain Pan, the products are carefully sourced and locally sourced, and you're in for a treat. Set to last and delight.
