Located right in the heart of the Belsunce district, Sur Le Pouce is a canteen at heart. Here, you'll find healthy, hearty Oriental cuisine at very reasonable prices! Everything is homemade: couscous (divine medium semolina), tajines, bricks, traditional Chorba and Harira soups, Tunisian salads and Moroccan pastries (gazelle horns and other sweets with honey and almonds). In a warm, family atmosphere, you're likely to share your table with other diners - especially at lunchtime, when the restaurant is packed - given the unquestionable quality of its typical dishes and the friendly atmosphere. If you haven't visited yet, this is a faithful address, which you'll remember as soon as you're in the mood for couscous (mutton, chicken, vegetables, meatballs, shepherd's pie, mechoui or grouper - only on Fridays - etc.), brick (cheese, beef, shrimps or minced meat) or tagine (Tunisian, olives or chicken). Mouton rice and méchouia salad (tomatoes, onions, tuna and grilled peppers) are firm favourites. Service is fast and impeccable. No alcohol on sale, but a corkscrew is available, as you can bring your own bottle! Décoration orientale simple de peintures et de lampes.
Dîner avec chorba, couscous bédouin en plat du jour et un petit thé ????.
Chorba bien chaude ????, le couscous bédouin n'arrive pas mélangé donc on peut se servir avec soin. Les merguez sont bonnes et tendres, l'épaule d'agneau aussi. Il manquait les raisins ! Y'a même trop de légumes, j'ai demandé un peu de semoule en plus pour finir. Harissa ???? servi à part avec du pain ????.
Vous avez même des pâtisseries orientales au comptoir. En dessert ou à emporter, ça sera pour une prochaine fois !
Еда крайне вкусная. Я брала нечто невероятное с курицей и черносливом и осталась крайне довольна. К моему блюду шел кускус.
В целом, даже быстро принесли.
