At the end of 2021, a new concept will appear in downtown Marseille: the Brioches brothers, as the name suggests, have an all-consuming passion for brioche. Even more so when it's organic and artisanal, and becomes a sandwich, topped with shredded beef or chicken, beef meatballs or Marseilles-style shrimp, with mashed potatoes and rouille. A surprising combination of the sweetness of the brioche and the tangy flavors of the homemade preparations. The sandwich is served hot from the press. Deliciously addictive.
