Established in Paris and abroad, the Green is better franchise now has its brand new address on rue de la République. A beautiful restaurant with a zen atmosphere and designer furniture, a smiling team and a team that listens to you, here are the first impressions when you enter this salad bar. The concept is simple, compose your salad from a base of green salad, Camargue rice or pasta, adding ingredients arranged in front of you. The choice is vast, you will be able to remain vegetarian as well as let yourself be inspired by meats or cheese. All will be served in a large individual bowl. A dozen vinaigrettes will make your mouth water. Several formulas to choose from allow you to combine with a hot dish and/or a dessert in particular. The savoury tarts, soups and desserts are all home-made and tasty to your liking. A card called Green Pass allows you to benefit from reductions on the formulas. Appreciable for a healthy and quick lunch.

Je tenais à préciser que notre concept Green is better est différent de celui présent dans la même rue. De plus Notre concept "Equitable" est le 1er en france.
Notre Saladbar and Beyond est un concept Equitable, Localvor et Fait Maison. Nous travaillons donc uniquement avec des produits frais qui sont découpés chaque matin. De plus nous proposons des bases et ingrédients différents chaque jours; tout comme nos plats chauds (tartes, gratins, soupes) qui changent chaque jours pour le plaisir gustatif de nos clients.
