An address with a terrace offering hearty and fresh salads served in bowls.
We used to know Jour for the salad bar at the Docks, but now they are located at a privileged address, at the corner of the Canebière and the Quai de la Fraternité, with a breathtaking view of the Old Port. The concept is simple: salads served in bowls, hearty and fresh. Recipes already made or to compose yourself. We liked the Avocado Caesar, topped with chicken, avocado, croutons, parmesan shavings on a pasta and salad base. Settle down in the air-conditioned room with a view of the port, or on the shaded terrace upstairs. For dessert, banana bread, carrot cake or brownie. The only disappointment is the impossibility to choose a menu, which quickly raises the bill.
