Recently, chef Thomas Fridlund, who we discovered in the neighboring Groupie du Pianiste and also in Martigues in a very fine restaurant, has taken over the reins in the kitchen. While preserving the very essence of Poule Noire cuisine, he brings his expertise in smoking meats and fish at low temperatures and taking his time. A novelty ready to astonish your discerning palates in the form of a unique menu.

La décoration est cheap : bougie led bas de gamme, photophore 1er prix, mobilier de restaurant de routier, meuble ikea……
Le service : peu ou pas agréable
Les plats : INFECTE !!! Le fois gras industriel et un mauvais Pain brioché, la daube 3 petit morceaux complètement gélatineux beurk, le dessert au chocolat sans saveur de chocolat
Le vin : servi glacé il a perdu toute saveur c’etait de la piquette IMMONDE
