Excellente cuisine, très bien travaillée et équilibrée. C'est un régal. L'accord mets et vins est également appréciable car pouvant être adapté à la convenance des convives.
Seul bémol : un service assez long (plus de 3h pour entrée/plat/dessert), bien que l'ensemble du personnel soit très sympathique
