OLÉA
Restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine
This brand-new brasserie on the Cours Estienne-D'Orves boasts a majestic terrace surrounded by olive trees. A southern ambiance for a restaurant whose cuisine is also oriented towards the flavours of the Mediterranean. Mariam and William, along with Arpine in the kitchen, offer us plates to share and dishes to savor without moderation: hummus and eggplant confit, artichoke carpaccio, shrimp and angel hair, or more slow-cooked dishes such as lamb filet mignon, prawn risotto, sea bream ceviche with citrus chantilly? Inspiring and delicious. A qualitative new address to keep in mind in the neighborhood.
