A beautiful brasserie with a magnificent terrace offering a varied menu in Marseille.

Gone is the brasserie des Danaïdes of yesteryear. Since spring 2023, the lively team at Le Parpaing qui Flotte has been reshaping this iconic downtown address, a traditional brasserie that slowly faded away, only to be reborn with the fresh, young spirit of Le Parpaing and Le Bambino. New decor, elegant armchairs and a checkerboard floor, a perfect soundtrack and a limited menu of small bistro dishes to treat yourself to without breaking the bank. Eggs aïoli, mussels au gratin to start, beef tartare, bouillabaisse hake back or aïoli. We oscillate between southern cuisine and bistro. A real treat! We personally enjoyed the tuna tartare dish of the day and Mathias' adorable service.

Brasserie au service hyper efficace. L'aïoli était réussi.

Inacceptable…plus de 30 min pour avoir une bière à deux reprises (et après avoir relancé auprès de plusieurs serveurs). Serveur extrêmement incorrect qui appelle la sécurité dès qu’on lui fait une remarque incommodante (la sécurité a du venir calmer le serveur). J’ai rarement été traité de cette manière dans un bar.

Cet endroit ne mérite pas d exister. Le service est catastrophe 2 fois 30 min pour avoir un verre à 20h .. un serveur odieux . Nous étions 7 clients après 3 tournées qui nous a demandé de partir après notre verre. J ESPERE que les patrons feront le nécessaire pour retrouver une relation envers les clients digne du nom ..
