An address still and always plebiscited by our team. Since its creation a few years ago and following numerous visits, we have been able to note with delight that the quality has not changed over time. The plates are still and always well worked, researched, presented with care. The flavors are highlighted and the good products are always at the center of the project. We simply love it. Whiting in tempura, raw smooth cabbage and chipotle butter or smoked ham broth, butternut, octopus and raw cream... Succulent.

Unica pecca della mia esperienza qui è stato il servizio dato che, nonostante avessi prenotato e chiamato per avvisare che sarei arrivata leggermente in ritardo, sono riusciti a perdere la mia prenotazione, di conseguenza, ho dovuto passare una parte del mio pranzo, nell’area interna. Per il resto, i camerieri dovrebbero essere leggermente più istruiti in modo da trasmettere ai clienti l’amore e la passione che i cuochi mettono nei piatti.
