Restaurant in Marseille's Réformés district, serving Mediterranean cuisine with Levantine and Middle Eastern accents.
In the shade of the plane trees on the Allées Gambetta, you can immediately recognize this new bistro by its characteristic yellow color, similar to the color code used at its big brother restaurant on the boulevard Chave, the Bistrot Georges. In the kitchen, the chef, Or Michaeli, an adventurous cook, brings all the sunshine necessary to the plates served with elegance. Gravlax of trout and creamy ricotta, roasted green cabbage, red squid and black rice, smoked veal breast... A delight. Certainly an eco-responsible commitment with the challenge of generating as little waste as possible.
