A brand new bistronomic address opened in March 2023. Located in the middle of the many bars and restaurants on the Cours d'Estienne-d'Orves, Safran stands out for its upscale, semi-gastronomic offerings. The furniture is neat and comfortable, and you can sit on beautiful sofas in the sun on the terrace to enjoy one of the many signature cocktails. The cuisine is visually chic and rich in taste: octopus, lemon, caviar and pine nuts as a starter, broccolini, sardines and parmesan as a main course, and chocolate fleur de sel and rosemary to finish.
