The transformation of Place aux Huiles continues in 2024 with the arrival of Acuda, a new modern bistro with a semi-gastronomic trend, opened by a group of friends who met at hotel school near Nîmes. The idea is to offer generosity on the plate, with a focus on seasonal and sustainable produce, and to organize textures and flavors to surprise. Eggs mayo miso gomasio, yellowtail ponzu and citrus sashimi, veal dumplings with a duo of bell pepper sauces and white sesame ganache to finish.
