A new bistronomic restaurant has opened on boulevard Longchamp in Marseille, with Johann Barichasse in the kitchen and some fine wines.
On the always lively and charming boulevard Longchamp, Les Rigoles has arrived with a fine promise: to offer fine wines and inspired finger food. In the kitchen, chef Johann Barichasse draws his inspiration from French terroir and Levantine cuisine. Olives stuffed with ricotta, homemade tarama, then burnt eggplant, marinated tuna or red mullet à la flamme, kefta with scraped tomatoes and herb salads. To finish with a sweet treat, apricot tart, pistachio praline and jasmine ice cream.
