Appartement « Le Bijou » parfait pour un week-end sur Marseille, calme, propre, bien décoré, personnel aux petits soins et très disponible ! Emplacement au top à 2min du port, pleins de bonnes adresses et tout est accessible facilement. Je recommande vivement !

Emplacement plus que recommandé, tant par sa localisationque par sa discrétion. L'appartement est au top et la personne en charge est génial.

Nous avons eu l’appartement le Massilia 2. La localisation est parfaite, tout à proximité. Un personnel accueillant, souriant !
L'appartement est propre, une jolie déco moderne. Rapport qualité/prix parfait.

Une expérience unique des appartements meublés et décorés avec goût, avec tout le matériel nécessaire à vous faire passer un bon séjour, une literie de qualité. L'emplacement est exceptionnel proche de tout (commerce vieux port métro...) un personnel d'une gentillesse extrême et à votre écoute...

Mieux qu'un hôtel. Extrêmement bien placé. Une équipe au top, pour l'accueil et le conseil.
J'ai eu un appart superbe, spacieux et très bien équipé.

Sono stata a fine novembre. Lo staff organizzato e gentile con reception accanto a portone del palazzo ma quest'ultimo è del '700, hanno ristrutturato all'interno ma è fatiscente il resto. Portone tutto rotto, scale palazzo orribili e l'impressione molto sporche, porta appartamento vecchia e a maniglia come una interna che se non chiudi a chiave chiunque entra. Bagno piccolissimo senza finestra e senza aspiratore. L'appartamento che avevo era al primo piano, non ho dormito perché tutta la notte si è sentito gente parlare sotto la finestra, motorini e macchine passare, troppi rumori! Caldaia nell'armadio della camera. Parcheggio auto nei paraggi, si arriva a piedi al palazzo e non si ha modo di fermare l'auto un attimo per scendere le valigie, consiglio anche se costa di più di trovare parcheggio vicino altrimenti si fa fatica.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l appartement Bijou, tout était parfait .
L appartement est spacieux et confortable , très bien équipé , la literie confortable. Tout est à proximité , commerces, restaurants. Grace à la gentillesse du personnel nous avons pu récupérer notre appartement le matin ce qui nous a bien arrangé , encore merci !

Excellent séjour d'une nuit dans cet établissement. L'accueil est au top, très réactif, très agréable. Le studio que j'avais réservé est pleinement conforme aux photos du site, spacieux, propre. Idéalement situé près du vieux port mais assez calme. Je recommande vivement !

Pros:

Great location and walking distance to the train station. Nice customer service. Very nice the view of the side street with good sound proofing. Beautiful layout and well equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, dishwasher, high end dishes and a large refrigerator and freezer. Comfortable bed, small bathroom and clean everything.
Cons:
Scary stairs with no elevator and we were on 3rd floor so had to navigate very dangerous stairs with those energy and efficient lights that turn off in seconds leaving you with bags in the middle of stairs so be mindful of you have any mobility issues, children, elderly or poor sight. This was the first time the unit required payment for coffee sachets so I was put off by that. No instructions on how to operate appliances.
Overall great place and I would highly recommend.

The room is at perfect location and moreover, they have quite good system to rent. It was very nice experience in their room.

My husband and I booked Les Appartements du Vieux Port the night before boarding a Mediterranean cruise leaving from Marseille, France. We were extremely pleased with our stay. In fact we really wished we had planned to stay a few days longer after we arrived. The staff were all amazing and made the check in process easy. We received a call the day before with instructions on on checking in. It was our first time to Europe and we were afraid of language barriers. The front desk receptionist spoke fluent English. She was eager to help and even gave us her cell phone number if we needed anything. She checked on us to be sure we got in ok after providing keys and recommended where to eat and things to do which was so helpful. We are very thankful for her as she made our stay exceptional. The room was perfect for us. It was very clean and had a mini kitchen. The location was awesome. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. It was easy to catch a bus or train just a short walk away and taxis were plentiful. The city of Marseille is beautiful and one of our favorite stops from our 2 week cruise. The only thing to be aware of is that in Europe they count the first floor what Americans would call the 2nd floor as they start at ground zero where we start at ground 1. With the buildings being older there aren't many with elevators so be prepared to take luggage up a flight of stairs. That would be the only negative even though it is not their fault and common for the area. Overall we highly recommend this place and we look forward to staying here again sometime.

Vraiment très agréable , que ce soit au niveau de l'accueil exceptionnel mais aussi de l'appartement lumineux propre très bien équipé. L'emplacement est idéal à proximité de tout ! Encore merci !
