This new accommodation offers 47 apartments for rent, for both stays and longer stays (up to one month). Located in a small street perpendicular to the Canebière, these apartments overlook a large glass atrium and consist of studios and T 2 (up to 4 people). They offer excellent value for money, especially for families. The most: independence in the city center. At your disposal: Fitness room, public parking at 50 meters and optional à la carte services, such as buffet breakfast, laundry, extra cleaning.

Après 6 mois d'occupation, l'entretien de l'état de l'appartement n'est pas en rapport avec le loyer. Problèmes électriques plaque de cuisson archaïque radiateur défectueux. Dommage.

Bonne position pour visiter la ville. Isolation des chambres très faible, on attend tous les bruits des voisins a côté et en dessus. Chambres équipées pour un court séjour avec l'indispensable.

Pas de mauvais odeur et chambre propre à première vision… Mais malheureusement, je suis tombée 2 fois nez à nez avec des petits insectes qui ressemble fortement à des bébés cafard. Je l’ai signalé à la réception. Découverte très désagréable car après je n’étais plus à l’aise pour dormir, de peur qu’un cafard me grimpe dessus ou rentre dans mes affaires… Soyez très vigilant afin de ne pas en remmener chez vous ! Très décevant de la part d’un hôtel d’avoir des nuisibles de la sorte.
L’avantage principal c’est la localisation. L’hôtel est placé à pieds à 10 mins du vieux port, 15 mins de la gare et 20 mins du Panier. De plus, il y a tout un tas de boulangeries, fast-food et magasins alimentaires aux alentours.
La discothèque se trouvant juste à côté de l’hôtel était fermé. La rue était plutôt calme.
Néanmoins, les murs de l’hôtel sont en carton… J’entendais le bébé de ma voisine de palier pleurer, et je l’entendais regarder des tik tok. Autant dire que si vous avez le sommeil léger je ne vous recommande pas cet endroit.
Le vis à vis aussi est très dérangeant. Impossible de garder la fenêtre et les volets ouverts car il y a des gens juste en face.
Point positif pour la bagagerie gratuite, très pratique quand on a son train à une heure tardive. Le personnel de l’hôtel est aimable et accueillant.

TLDR: Avoid in the summer. Terrible service, pay a bit more and get a 1000% better stay.
Literally we were stuck in here for the five days. 35 degrees centigrade inside the room.
Rooms itself are the slightly part of the cheapest student residence. Pictures on the website are of their best single room, which is not the one you probably get. The view outside is on adjustment building with a vis-a-vis. Window is 1x1m. The room itself is kinda dirty, not what one expects from Odalys. For the room service, you need to pay 7 EUR daily, or clean up yourself. Toilets and shower are dirty.
Reception. We arrived around 15h, and were asked to wait before the room was ready. The lady on the reception was not helpful, and said that all the problems we are facing are pretty normal and known for all the residents. When we asked some phone to contact the customer service, she let us know that there is no direct link to SAV in this hotel.

L'HÔTEL EST HORRIBLE !!! MAIS LE PIRE SONT LES RÉPONSES DE CEUX QUI NE FONT RIEN POUR LE RÉSOUDRE. LE MANAGER ET LE PDG MONTRENT QU'ILS ACCEPTENT QUE L'IMAGE DU RÉSEAU SOIT NUISIBLE, CAR ILS N'OFFRENT RIEN ET NE RÉSOLUTIONNENT RIEN.
THE HOTEL IS HORRIBLE !!! BUT THE WORST ARE THE ANSWERS FROM THOSE WHO DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO SOLVE IT. THE MANAGER AND THE CEO SHOW THAT THEY ACCEPT THAT THE NETWORK'S IMAGE WILL BE HARMFUL, SINCE THEY DON'T OFFER ANYTHING AND DON'T RESOLVE ANYTHING.
