FERREOL & AUGUSTIN
It's quite astonishing to find a soap store nestled in a church! And yet, in Marseille, it's possible. On the Old Port, it's hard to miss the immaculate white façade of the Augustins church. This 13th-century religious building houses a tobacco shop on one side and the store we're interested in here on the Rue de la République side. A beautiful yellow façade and an attractive window displaying the products sold here. You'll find soaps in a variety of scents, as well as the original Marseille soap, made by the Sérail soap factory in Marseille. A very small space but plenty of choice, including soap flakes and religious candles.
