LE DÉBOUCHÉ
This is an address to which we are focusing even if at first it does not pay a mine, thanks to a shock duo: Hélène the cook and Jean-Claude the sommelier, in the sense of stainless humor and the conviviales conviviales values. We come here, not far from St. Charles's station and the Reformation, to happily ripailler and drink, because the wines are bought directly to the small French owners working in organic and in reasoned culture. A la carte, a beautiful palette of red from the Languedoc, Côtes-du-Rhône, Provence, Burgundy, Bordeaux and the whites of the Loire. A table, wine bottles are sold at the price of the wine cellar, and you are welcome. In the afternoon, dishes with seasonal slate products are delicious and served generously. To enjoy the dish and water it from a good cru, you'll settle around large wooden tables between warm red walls where bottles are piled up and where works of Marseille painters are constantly changing. Sculptors are also welcome. To take advantage of the place in the evening, visit Friday evening for "wines and music" evenings!
