REFUGEE FOOD FESTIVAL
Go there and contact
A culinary festival where local chefs and "refugees" come together in the kitchen to discover cross-cultural flavors.
Every year in June, the Refugee Food Festival takes place in several French cities, including Marseille, and showcases cuisine from around the world through encounters between people who have fled their native countries and local chefs. This approach facilitates professional integration and intercultural conviviality over meals. Numerous Marseilles restaurants take part in the festival every year: in 2024, for example, Cédrat, l'Abri and the café de l'horloge in La Ciotat. The festival is also the occasion for round-table discussions.
