Vovinam Viet vo Dao is an ancestral Vietnamese martial art saved from oblivion in 1938 thanks to the work of Master Nguyen Loc, after being banned by local monarchs. Over the past few years, this discipline has been on the front of the scene and has become more and more enthusiastic. The club of Vovinam Viet Vo Dao in Marseille has four training centres where we teach the techniques of fists, legs, elbows, parades, hammers, bumps, spades, jumps… as well as techniques of falls and cabbage, techniques of self defence. In the four centres (Bonneveine, Saint Georges, Liberation and Rouvière) children from age 5 are welcome as well as adults.
