The Robert Louis-Dreyfus center, located in the 12th arrondissement between Les Caillols and La Valentine and nicknamed "La Commanderie", is built on the former La Martine countryside. This estate of several hectares was subsequently acquired by the Pastré family in 1809. Divided into two parts at the beginning of the 20th century, half of the "campagne La Martine" has been home to a private school (Lycée La Cadenelle) since 1943, while the other half has been occupied by Olympique de Marseille since July 1991. Since 1998, the Olympic club (owner of the 10 hectares since October 2012) has developed several sports and administrative facilities.
