The aim of the Téléphonique is to stop the abuse, abuse and neglect of the elderly or any individual in a state of weakness, Alma 13 is an association of law 1901, which has been working since 2005 in Marseille. Naturally, the structure broadened its action to persons with disabilities who suffer physical or legal violence. Under the guise of anonymity, the appellant may report such an act, which is called assistance to no one at risk. These calls are handled by a team of social experts who inform, advise and guide. Upstream, the association reflects on the means of prevention to raise awareness among professionals and the general public about the phenomenon of abuse, the legal risks involved.
