A beautiful address in the heart of downtown. The Bread of the Opera is good bread and good cakes. Test the verrines in several aromas: passion with jelly of verbena and raspberry, Bavarian lemon lemon and its small caramelized banana, mango-passion-ginger foam on a fruit dough passion and its decay. New "collections" every six months, and a frozen or classic macaroons specialty with purple-cassis, lemon-basil, or black chocolate fragrance… All an art controlled by Serge Ticket, awarded Best Workers in France and World pastry champion.
