Sweet and savory. We tried the sweet ones, lavender, calisson, marron, intense chocolate and tropézienne. Delicious and elegantly presented in a case, ideal for a beautiful gift. On the savory side, a stunning choux pastry bagel with salmon. No doubt Mr Chou will find his fans.
