This experienced and renowned pastry chef, who toured the best houses in France before settling in Marseille, delights us with his incomparable cakes. His original creations are refined and delicate, especially his fruit desserts. We loved the grapefruit tartlet with orange blossom dulcey cream and pine nuts. Totally addictive. During the Christmas season, long lines of gourmets wait patiently for their logs. There's also an elegant dining area for a savoury break at lunchtime.
