Newly opened on the Canebière, La Bonne Mère cookie factory has taken up residence in a historic former jewelry store, whose ceiling has been preserved in the new boutique. Madeleines, navettes and rochers, here everything is produced by hand and before your very eyes, as the pastry chef is at work behind a prominent glass window. Simple, well-formed, melt-in-the-mouth madeleines, plain, almond, pistachio or marbled, but also even more gourmet chocolate-covered madeleines. A new gourmet stop-off on the revitalized Canebière.
