Be Organic is a grocery store, a wine bar and a 100% organic restaurant! The idea of the creator, Cyril de Héricourt, a Marseillais, is to gather all the products he likes, consumes, knows, to make you discover them at home or on the spot. Here, organic food is simple and tasty, but not only! For Cyril and his team, seasonality, locality and quality are essential criteria. The menu is 50% vegan at lunchtime, and 100% vegan on Friday and Saturday nights. A treat!
