The teacher found a favourable plot in Marseille. In a few years, Simply Food opened a 1 st restaurant, with its design, in the neighbourhood of Joliette. Then a 2nd in downtown near the Old Port and a 3rd in the Timone district. The concept likes. A balanced fast food is in the air of time, and demand for healthy food is increasing. Fresh salads and soups sold under plastic, a card with seasonal vegetables, sandwiches, pies, everything is done in a laboratory kitchen with natural ingredients without preservatives. Some products are partially organic. Test millet salad, with mushrooms, coppa and dried tomatoes, winter soups, carrots, salmon/lawyer wrap, brioché bread, focaccias or ciabattas. Side desserts, cheese cake with lemon, bircher au, caramel cream or tiramisu pistachio/chocolate. In self-service, a selection of connected food products is for sale: original drinks (Vaï Vaï coconut water), smoothies, Firefly and Bella Lula. Eat on site or to take away. New since 2012, delivery on the sector of Joliette is free.
