Opened in the summer of 2024 down the rue de la République, Double Cuisson is an original address offering twice-cooked French fries, just like our Belgian friends do so well. The interior is modern and bright, the welcome a little cold and distant, reminding us that we're not in Belgium, and the menu offers a variety of dishes in addition to the cones of fries: trays to fill yourself or already filled with steak, chicken or Maroilles. All rather insipid, it has to be said, and disappointing. The fries aren't bad, but otherwise not very tasty.
