With inspired family recipes and the freshest bread, the sandwiches are copiously filled with noble transalpine products. From the classics (mortadella and artichoke cream, herbed ham with pecorino cream and zucchini...) to the authentic (coppa, pecorino cream and eggplant, or mozzarella di bufala, pesto, taleggio and tomato), via "excellence" recipes.
