Trained as a lawyer in Marseilles, Cédric Rubini has Italy in his blood, not only through his family but also through his love of good food and good things. When you enter his new restaurant just off the Rue de la République, the smell that fills your nostrils sends you straight back to the other side of the Alps. Here, you can enjoy genuine handmade Genoese focaccia, plain, with coarse salt and olive oil, or topped with stracciatella, mortadella and pistachios. A melt-in-your-mouth, crunchy treat.
