Super séjour en famille !!! La suite était superbe, la chambre parentale bien séparée de l'espace enfants. La salle de bain est extraordinaire. La vue hors du commun. Le levé de soleil vu du lit inoubliable ! Piscine intérieure chauffée parfaite. Le vin et la nourriture sont très bons. Le petit déjeuner buffet extra !!! Je recommande !

Cet hôtel n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles
Pas d'eau chaude au réveil (mail de réclamation envoyé et toujours aucune réponse)
Personnel peu agréable
Personnel dans la salle du petite déjeuner qui se permet de nettoyer la table avec la serviette de table qui servira au prochain client

I loved this hotel! If you want all the amenities of a 5 star hotel without the exorbitant price tag, this place is the place to stay. I had a large room on the 9th floor. Great water pressure, quiet, and comfortable bed. The only issue was that the rug had stains. The breakfast buffet was excellent, something for everyone including vegan options.

Bel hôtel moderne de haute gamme du quartier Joliette, proche de commerces/restaus et à une dizaine de minutes à pied du Mucem et du quartier du Panier. Belles chambres (avec certains ayant vue mer). Buffet déjeuner très bien. Face à une rue un peu passante. Chambres généralement bien mais certains détails peu fonctionnels.
