Restaurant offering home-made specialities with good value for money on the port of Marseille.

This is a very good place to stay in the port. Here, mussels (marinières, roquefort, saffron or sprinkled) are Maison specialty, and are eaten with good fries. In addition to these are goat salads, Italian, seafood (shrimp, mussels, St. Jacques, octopus and gambas)… pizzas and pasta, and a small mix of Earth and Sea (fresh salmon tartar, lobster gratiné in wood, wolf or bream, and bouillabaisse on order!). A softness? Choose a chocolate-free chocolate or a scrupule cream!

Long minute waiting before the attention of the waiter order (between 30 and 35 minutes). Finally we took mussels curry. It arrived in cold half with fries spent a cold half too. The recipe has nothing original, these were very simple mussels (including a good tier was empty) on which you had poured simple sauce curry. Very disappointing. Let us add an aperitif not served but was nevertheless charged, nonexistent harbour views because of work. RESTAURANT TO BE AVOIDED!

Took prickly mussels 13€, and mussels curry 13€, they were brought to cold, are not cuisnés, just a sauce done everything blood, size of the ridiculous mussels (shrivelled, surely heated).
Occupied waiter controversial with friends, guests believers.
When we should mention that we will not take a dessert but the bill, 20mn waiting area, dates and come in front of us including if us invisible etions, obliged to pay at the bar.
Not a look, nor a mercy and aurevoir. Me I do not tell us please you more, and not the pleasure of re-examining. Avoid.
It is better Chez Leon, and is more hungry leaving table!

You have been eating (mussels very well resp. linguine Bolognese). Price excellent value for quality. The only downside: one of the 3 people occupied service was not too friendly. With our nice request, after the coffee, agree to box the bill, it launched curtly: " At the bar! " (which necessarily made reduce the tip).
