A gourmet restaurant created by chef Carmigniani offering Mediterranean dishes and fine Provencal cuisine.

Gilles Carmigniani toured Europe's great cuisines before setting up his own restaurant. A gastronomic table that innovates and revisits Mediterranean dishes. Tasty, inventive creations. His cuisine: bouillabaisse ravioli served in their own broth, rouille espuma and croutons, wild boar civet with chestnut slivers, pieds paquets à la marseillaise and mashed potatoes! To finish, chocolate sphere, vanilla ice cream and nougatine burst. The lunchtime menu is served in limited quantities. A table to discover without delay.

Que dire, je suis impressionné, qu’il reste encore en France, des établissements de grandes valeurs, comme celui-là ! Un endroit où la rigueur, la sympathie et la qualité Sont au rendez-vous du début jusqu’à la fin du repas. Tout est frais, tout est bon, tout est fait maison je ne pense pas avoir besoin d’étayer plus, les mots ne peuvent retranscrire l’expérience vécue.
C’était une première fois, ce ne sera sûrement pas la dernière. Encore merci

Excellent service and food. The bouillabaisse was authentic and freshly made with all six varieties of fish as well as green crabs within the broth. Delicious and subtle flavours throughout. Highly recommended.
