A gourmet restaurant created by chef Carmigniani offering Mediterranean dishes and fine Provencal cuisine.

Gilles Carmigniani toured Europe's great cuisines before setting up his own restaurant. A gastronomic table that innovates and revisits Mediterranean dishes. Tasty, inventive creations. His cuisine: bouillabaisse ravioli served in their own broth, rouille espuma and croutons, wild boar civet with chestnut slivers, pieds paquets à la marseillaise and mashed potatoes! To finish, chocolate sphere, vanilla ice cream and nougatine burst. The lunchtime menu is served in limited quantities. A table to discover without delay.

Vale, el entrante sugestión 17€, "pate on croute"', frío y seco. Pasta casera "fusili" con tomate..no he comido nunca una tan mala, medio hecha y apelmazada no fusiona con la salsa que además era acida y escasa. La deje entera. Además el sitio es muy poco acogedor luz escasa y parece una cantina barata.
Se las dan de buenos...pues tienen mucho que aprender en cuanto a platos de pasta.
Se disculpan con otro plato de pasta...o un postre a lo que nos negamos pero cobran igual....74 € por 2 personas y por nada. MAL MUY MAL! DECEPCIONANTE NO MERECE LA NOTA Que tiene!

Menu du midi très correct. Très bonne bisque de crevettes. Les plats faits maison plein de saveur. Bon accueil. Cocktail maison un peu cher et sans amuse bouche dommage. Mais pour le reste très bien.

Cuisine trés rafinée, service sérieux, prix en adéquation.
Les raviolis de Bouillabaisse espuma de rouille et croutons est à tombé par terre...

Prochaine fois, je prends la Bouillabaisse.

Absolutely delighted by the food, drink & service. I taste the bouillabaisse and sense the passion from the chef. Front of house were attentive despite the buzzling lunch crowd. I will return when I’m in the area.
