This gastronomic restaurant is the brainchild of committed chef Sébastien Richard and the La Petite Lili association.
In the renovated premises of the ex-Café Parisien, led by committed chef Sébastien Richard, the La Petite Lili association, which brings together a number of chefs surrounded by committed personalities, is launching Le République, the 1st solidarity-based gastronomic restaurant. The restaurant welcomes a double clientele: vulnerable people in precarious situations, who will pay €1 for their meal alongside traditional customers in the same space. A social integration enterprise, the structure also trains kitchen and dining room staff in catering skills.
