Luxury brasserie in the former Hôtel-Dieu, now an Intercontinental hotel, offering brunch and meals.
Les Fenêtres brasserie overlooks the Old Port in this historic 18th-century Hôtel-Dieu. The setting is sumptuous! On the plate: bouillabaisse croquettes or foie gras marinated in spices, lychee gel and Sauternes. Continuing with guinea fowl supreme stuffed with savory panisses or monkfish marinated in homemade curry paste. The icing on the cake is the exquisite desserts. An address not to be missed.

Un certain nombre de membres du personnel mais personne ne vous est dédié donc tout le monde et personne ne gère ni ne surveille votre table = de l’attente, et pas le niveau d’un tél restaurant.
Cuisine cependant très fraîche et bonne mais rien de mémorable.... si ce n’est l’emplacement dont on ne se lasse pas .
