Le Miramar is an Old Port institution! Christian Buffa - founding member and vice-president of the Bouillabaisse Charter - is also a Maître Cuisinier de France and Maître Restaurateur. This admirable chef trained with Paul Bocuse, among others. When it comes to cuisine, there's no doubt that you're in for a treat: Bouillabaisse, fish and shellfish! Master restorer. Open all year round. Tuesday to Sunday, lunchtime from 12pm to 2pm and evening from 7pm to 10pm. Reservations recommended. Free parking on request. Menu: €95 approx. Wine by the glass. Bouillabaisse €80 per person (minimum 2 people). Aioli 39 €. Taglionis with lobster 59 €. Groups welcome (from 10 people).
