I bought in the month November 2010 an alliance (gold certie diamond) €590. Since, while I shop manager and so I lead only clerical work, two diamonds fell. The first time (February 2011) jeweller made repair free, all in me explain why it was because I porta this alliance daily that I had lost it!! (normal it is an alliance!). The second time (May 2011), another diamonds and fallen. This time when I bring ring, me madrid understand that it is my fault because it est" inadmissible to this alliance daily!), still would have had us to say when we bought it!! this time in a very badly friendly a me request 50€ for repair (price have not tell me when I brought this ring in repair)!! Waiting for expertise of my ring, and before continuations, I strongly not this jeweller.
