BAR LE CAPIAN
The Capian is the bar of the Intercontinental, in a luxurious setting, with a splendid terrace and a beautiful drinks menu.
The Capian has no equal in the city of Marseille. In its stone setting of the Hôtel-Dieu (transformed into an intercontinental five-star), it offers from its terrace a sublime view of the Old Port and Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde. Chic and lounge atmosphere with a muffled and rather jazzy musical background. On the menu, a vast choice of cocktails, wines and champagnes, aperitifs, snacks and tapas to nibble. We recommend you to have a coffee to admire the romantic setting and the wonderful view on a sunny day, or a cocktail in front of the setting sun, installed in big comfortable sofas. The menu offers cocktails designed by a creative barman, classics and a signature "l'Étincelle" (Bombay Premier Cru Gin, lemon juice, green apple syrup, pineapple juice, lemonade, green melon liqueur), champagne cocktails... Here, nothing will disturb your tranquility. You must also try the tea time with its gourmet menu, every day from 3:30 pm to 6 pm. A so chic address !
