Here are cookery courses where you will learn the secrets of the famous gastronomic chef (3 hours), market kitchen at the rhythm of the seasons (1 hour 30) or pastry courses (2 hours). After preparation, place to the tasting in the presence of Gérald Passédat. Children are not left with workshops that allow to mix fun and knowledge with themes around the garden, create a snack, knead, feel… Also discoveries in peel courses: know how to open oysters and differentiate them in the wine tasting of Atlantic and Mediterranean products - or in winemaking with the discovery of wines from Provence, or champagnes (2 hours).

Concernant le cours proprement dit rien à dire, des produits frais, des explications claires et surtout simples. Ce cours s'est déroulé dans une très bonne ambiance. Tout le monde participe, les questions obtiennent des réponses. En fin de soirée un repas bien mérité avec une salle exclusivement réservé aux participants. Les farcis, un délice. Bravo chef pour votre générosité et votre professionnalisme.
