The House of Housing moved and reopened in March 2010. The main goal of this cluster, created in 2007, is to help the Balearic Islands to stay better. To this end, various services are proposed: information on national measures to assist in accession, leasing and work; registration of social housing applications; orientation of the Balearic islands towards services adapted to their needs… For the first-acceding there is a special grant: the First Lodging cheque - Individuals. It allows, for example, to lighten the first monthly payments, to benefit from a parking lot (of course, there is a need to meet certain criteria and conditions).
