When gastronomy rhymes with culture and sharing. Welcome to Les grandes tables de la Friche, a deservedly successful restaurant opened in 2006. The cuisine here is seasonal, based on what's available and well thought-out. On Mondays, a farmer's market takes over the premises, proof if it were needed of the commitment and spirit of the place. The menu is varied and tasty. We tried the Chartreuse salad with peaches, buffalo mozza and black olives. For those with smaller appetites, the machine room at the entrance to La Friche serves snacks.
