Created by three partners at Cinq-avenues in 2023, this small restaurant offers a short but comprehensive menu of Japanese specialties, including a few meat and veggie ramen dishes. To start with, gyozas and fried chicken kaarage. In addition to ramen, the main courses include salmon or chicken onigiri, as well as salmon, mango and avocado tartare in summer. To end on a sweet note, there's iced mochi or matcha speculoos tiramisu. The room isn't very big, but it's always packed.
