Dishes inspired by Tuscan cuisine, but not only, in a historic bastide with its own garden in Marseille.
La Bastide Massimo is a country air in the city, a stone's throw from the Avenue de la Blancarde. The charismatic master of the house, Massimo, always present and attentive to his guests, has set up his establishment in a pretty bastide with a romantic garden. The outdoor tables are set under the trees and offer a sensational view of Marseille. In the evening, the show is grandiose! The menu and the slate of suggestions are varied. Dishes in the colours of Italy, particularly inspired by Tuscan cuisine: linguine with clams, penne with scampi, spaghetti with squid ink, Milanese risotto or even bocconcini and veal piccata with lemon. Don't forget the good desserts of the boot: tiramisu, iced limoncello flute, limoncello baba, to finish with an affogato! Impeccable service. The plate, the setting and the view, everything is sublime.

Le lieu est merveilleux, on y croise des potes et on se sent d'emblée très bien dans cet endroit.
Mais je n'ai vraiment pas été convaincu par le reste.
Il y a vraiment de meilleurs restau à tester à Marseille.
