For Eva, the owner and bread-maker, opening hours are 16 hours four days a week. 16 hours is also the time it takes for the bread to rise, using natural sourdough. Organic flours only. At Eva's, we democratize good bread, real bread that tastes like bread, by taking our time and offering prices that are accessible to all. Various breads (country, seeded...) and brioches.
