For 4 generations, quality and tradition have been the watchwords of this chocolate factory. The chocolates are made exclusively with noble, guaranteed ingredients, and are a hit with young and old alike. The store offers an incredible range of chocolates: dark, milk, almond and sometimes more unusual, such as chocolate with natural fennel essences. Hubert also offers marrons glacés and calissons made by a Master Confectioner in Aix-en-Provence, fruit jellies, daily-roasted black and green coffee and a wide variety of teas and teapots.
