In the authentic Blancarde district, in an unassuming street along the railroad line, you'll find the Orsoni family cookie factory, which has been there for almost 30 years. A must for many Marseilles families who love the canistrelli made here, the soft macaroons or the famous Marseilles shuttles with orange blossom, the house specialty. You'll also find navettes provençales, which differ from marseillaises in shape, rounder and plumper than the slender marseillaises. There's also a wide selection of other sweets, available in attractive gift boxes.
